The problem with turbines is there isn't a way to transfer the energy on a long distance basis. A mile or so, but on a multiple mileage transmission basis, it just hasn't been developed.

The problem with turbines is there isn't a way to transfer the energy on a long distance basis. A mile or so, but on a multiple mileage transmission basis, it just hasn't been developed. China and Germany are the only players in the game of wind turbine technology. Small rural areas need an incentive to build a wind farm just big enough to supply the town with power. There are a thousand excuses for why this in not happening so we continue to send all our jobs overseas.

Tell that to the NIMBY"S and the envirowacks. Small towns can do whatever they want. I've seen way too many quant old towns that allow a McDonald's to be built right on their Main St, Within a few years all the mom and pop businesses get boarded up. All you have is talking points that deflect from real issues. Stop blaming libs and start implementing conservative principles. McDonald's

I"m not deflecting at all. It's the truth. When using Conservative principles be wary of the back splatter from those who think they know what is best for everyone else based on their own criteria.
