OK, so when were these weapons sent? Are you blaming this squarely on Obama? That's a hard sell. We did give arms to Iraqis after we toppled their government.

Yes, I'm going to blame obama. If he had negotiated leaving some troops in Iraq to assist with training, of Iraqi forces, chances are there would be no ISIS. Just like if Qadaffi had been left in place. We can only thank God that the Egyptians took their government back after Obama pushed the arab spring and helped the mmuslim brotherhood take over.

Or, you would have blamed Obama for leaving the troops still in harms way. Obama HAD to withdraw the troops; it was mandatory for the new government.
